The University Archives are accessible for users during opening hours only.
The comprehensive archive holdings almost completely cover the period back to 1726, the main sections being comprised of administration files and student registers. In addition, there is a number of special records such as statutes, old inventories, construction files, etc. Since fall 1999, the computerization of the archives has been under way; to date, the database includes records from 1988 until today. A special focus is being placed on the intensified documentation of artistic activities.
