 e Richter Programme. The aim of the programme is to support the academic c
 areer of highly qualified female scientists and scholars and to enhance th
 eir university career. After completion of the program\, a level of qualif
 ication should be accomplished which enables participants to apply for loc
 al professorship or a professorship abroad ("Habilitation" or equal qualif
 ication).
