 areer of highly qualified female scientists and scholars and to enhance th
 eir university career. After  completion of the program\, a level of quali
 fication should be  accomplished which enables participants to apply for l
 ocal  professorship or a professorship abroad ("Habilitation" or equal qua
 lification.
