DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of the upcoming Fundamental Rights Forum (11+1
 2 October\, 2021)\, the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) would like to c
 ommission a young\, emerging artist to create a work of art inspired by hu
 man rights.  The work will be presented during the opening session of the
  forum\, live-streamed to a broad audience across Europe from the Vienna C
 ity Hall. After the forum\, it will remain on display at FRA headquarters 
 in Vienna.
