Controlling at the Academy of Fine Arts aims to guarantee the achievement of the overall target, which is reflected by a cost-efficient and transparent business practice and which strives for durable company development.

Scope of activity

• Counseling and support for the Rector's Office in operative, strategic, and financial decisions
• Responsibility for budget preparation and implementation, performance agreement with the Federal Government as well as Forecasts.
• Preparations for financial decision-making
• Central point of contact for all SAP-relevant issues and system decisions
