Both grant programmes are open to applicants from all over the world. Grants will last up to 18 months.

For the Richard Plaschka PraeDoc Scholarship programme doctoral students of history studies who primarily focus on Austrian history can apply. The duration of the scholarship is four to twelve months; an extension to up to 18 months is possible.
