Hello, I am ...

Final voting round starts on November 12!

Pille Riin Jaik (Art and Digital Media) and Melisande Seebald (Video and Videoinstallation) compete with students from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the University of Art and Design Linz in a Social Media Art Contest of Austrian Cultural Forum Washington!

It is hard to believe, but our project #HelloIam is now in its final voting round. Over the past seven months we have presented six #YoungArtists from Austria’s three leading art universities: the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the University of Art and Design Linz. The ballot is now open, re-presenting all six #YoungArtists simultaneously for a final voting round. Until November 25, 2018 you have the last chance to vote and decide who gets to come to Washington, DC with his/her work.

The six students and their works were presented individually for the duration of five weeks. During this time you could support the artists with your comments, each reaction counting as one vote.

This time we do not count “clicks, likes, comments & shares”, but ballot votes, which you can cast through the "VOTE NOW" button below. You can also get there through our social media outlets (Facebook | @acfdc , Instagram | @ACFWashington & Twitter | @ACFWashington ).

If you haven't made up your mind yet, have another look at all our six participants listed on the side!

So get ready & make sure that YOUR favorite artist makes it to Washington, DC!
