Jamika Ajalon is an interdisciplinary artist, writer, performer musician american exile living and working in Europe for over a decade. She Masters Degree in Art and Cultural Theory, with an emphasis on WOC (Women Of Color) subjectivity, at Goldsmiths University, and a Bachelors in Film and Video from Columbia College Chicago, (USA). Much of her music, video work, documentaries, and performative 'anti-lectures' speak to blurring and obliteration of borders, geographical, psychological, and with in social structures with an emphasis on memory as time travel, and hidden and coded WOC narratives. She uses literature (including prose/poetry), critical theory, art, and science fiction to explore these themes.
