Concurrent Enrollment at Other Universities

Anyone wishing to enroll concurrently at another university must first pay the tuition/student union (ÖH) fee at their home university, as the current semester's certificate of enrollment (Studienblatt) is required for concurrent enrollment.

The following applies to concurrent enrollment at all universities: concurrent enrollment must be renewed by the deadline every semester!

At the University of Vienna:
To renew concurrent enrollment at the University of Vienna, students must send an email to mitbelegung.zulassung@univie.ac.at with their current certificate of enrollment.

Course registration at the University of Vienna begins earlier than at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Concurrent enrollment must therefore be completed in time to allow for course registration at the University of Vienna.

All information on concurrent enrollment, its renewal, and the admission deadlines at the University of Vienna can be found here: slw.univie.ac.at/studieren/mitbelegung

At the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna:
