Join us for the launch of Plant Space, a new publication exploring how plants shape space, knowledge and technologies across ecological, historical and political contexts. Edited by Carmen Lael Hines, Adam Hudec and Michelle Howard.

Bringing together eighteen international contributors from art, architecture, design, philosophy and critical ecology, the book rethinks plant life as an active force in shaping our built environments and shared worlds.

Published by Sternberg Press in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, Plant Space emerges from the research and exhibition project Bordering Plants. The book launch takes place as part of the Erasmus+ project Ignored Technology, which engages with overlooked practices, alternative forms of knowledge and the relationships between technology, materiality and more-than-human life.
