Part of DEMOK: ACT AND SPEAK: Democracy Under Pressure.

As part of the final iteration of the artistic research project Bua Cek / 破傘蕨, the workshop Papa, Romeo, Oscar, November, Echo is an exploration of tactical language and movement and their intersection with the everyday, aiming to destabilize meaning and shift its power into the realm of poetics.

Kenneth Constance Loe is an artist, writer, performer, and proofreader from Singapore who currently lives in Vienna. They are a co-founder of Monzoom.xyz, an online platform for emerging art practices and alternative education, which they organize together with Weixin Quek Chong. Their artistic practice encompass material and sensory fetishes of desire, the poetics of hospitality, bodily memory, queer ecologies, and other tangential thoughts.
