Im Format Die Sammlung betrachten & An Insert by … sind neben den Highlights aus der Sammlung der Gemäldegalerie auch Installationen und Werkgruppen zu sehen, die als Einschübe (Inserts) zeitgenössischer Künstler_innen in die jeweils temporär arrangierte Schausammlung konzipiert sind. Das Insert der belgischen Künstlerin Ana Torfs stellt die dritte Präsentation in dieser Reihe dar.

Considering the Collection & A Vista on Italy and France
The publication of a comprehensive inventory catalogue of around 200 Italian, French and Spanish artworks of the Paintings Gallery is the occasion for a new focus on Italian and French art in the first three exhibition rooms.
Due to partial closure for window renovation, access to Exhibition Considering the Collection is restricted, A Vista on Italy and France is not affected by the closures (The admission price is reduced to 6 euros). The Last Judgement Triptych by Hieronymus Bosch can be viewed up to and including 3 September 2025.
