Festive kick-off of the Academy Auction 2026
On October 13, 2025, the kick-off of the 2026 Academy Auction took place in the auditorium of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Our sincere thanks go to all guests, sponsors, and participants for their valuable support!
After welcoming remarks from our partner organizations tralalobe and solidarity matters, Sunggu Hong, winner of the 2025 Academy Prize, thrilled the audience with an impressive performance. The reception that followed provided space for personal exchange and interaction.
The Academy Auction, a long-standing charity initiative of the Academy in cooperation with the Dorotheum, supports students from third countries and projects for refugees in Austria. We are already looking forward to the upcoming auction, which will take place from January 9 to 23, 2026, and cordially invite you to support this important initiative with your participation and interest.
