The Federal Ministry for Housing, Art, Culture, Media and Sport is inviting applications for 2028 international studio grants for artists in Accra, Helsinki, London, New York, Paris, Seoul, Tokyo and Vilnius. Through this call for proposals, the Foundation supports research on such 'dual use' effects and explores how the transfer of ideas from academia into political and ideological contexts takes place.
