Rebekka Reuter is mentor of Anna Mutschlechner-Dean

Rebekka Reuter, * 1979, is a cultural scientist specializing in photography. In 2006/07, she was a fellow in the Museum Curators for Photography program of the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation, working at the Photographic Collection of the Museum Folkwang in Essen, the Munich City Museum's Photomuseum, and the Kupferstich-Kabinett of the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden. This was followed by a curatorial assistantship at Camera Austria in Graz. Since 2009, she has been the chief curator at WestLicht – Venue for Photography in Vienna, where in 2018, she also established a platform for contemporary photography. Currently, she is pursuing a one-year educational sabbatical to pursue a doctorate in philosophy at the Institute for Art and Cultural Studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.
