Marijana Schneider | Curator Museum der Moderne Salzburg

Marijana Schneider is an art historian and curator for contemporary art at the Museum der Moderne Salzburg. Her focus is on feminist engagement with the body, sculpture, and space, and artistic approaches characterized by a process-related orientation and performativity. She curated and co-curated the exhibitions Sophie Thun: Between Light and Wall (2025), Begin Suddenly in Splendour, Rose English: Performance, Presence, Spectacle (2024), Maria Bartuszová (2023), Jasmina Cibic: Most Favoured Nation (2022), Yinka Shonibare CBE: End of Empire (2021), Fiona Tan: With the other Hand (2020), among many others.
