Susi Gutsche

Susi Gutsche is a research-driven artist with an interdisciplinary background in Social Design — Arts as Urban Innovation, the humanities and scientific laboratory work. She participated in archaeological excavations and worked in clinical research settings. In her artistic practise, she is primarily interested in the intersection of art and everyday life, exploring routines and their aesthetic potential. Her workaddresses societal and environmental processes (in urban contexts). With an experimental approach, she works across media, combining video, photography, participatory formats, and unconventional materials and technologies.
