The working groups wants to introduce itself to you at Rundgang 2026!
According to the Austrian University Act, the Working Group on Equal Opportunities has the task of counteracting discrimination by university bodies on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, religion or other belief, age or sexual orientation.
In cases of discrimination, including verbal discouragement, gender-based or sexual harassment, and violence, the Working Group offers confidential counseling, information and support to students, staff, and applicants.
Additionally, the Working Group organizes events and develops strategies to promote anti-discrimination practices and raise awareness among colleagues and students.
