STRABAG | STRABAG ART Award
The STRABAG ART Award has been presented in Austria since 1994 and internationally since 2009 as an art promotion prize for artists up to the age of 40 in the fields of painting and drawing.
Prize fund
A main prize of 16,000 euros and four recognition prizes of 8,000 euros each will be awarded. In addidion, art works of the winners might be purchased for STRABAG ART Collection.
After the award ceremony and the collective exhibition of all the prize-winning works, each of the five laureates will have a solo exhibition at STRABAG ART Site in Vienna.
The laureates can apply for the artist-in-residence-programme at STRABAG ART Studios in Vienna.

- Notification after preliminary jury: 19.3.2026
- Submssion original works: beginning of April 2026
- Final jury: 23.4.2026
- Returns of original works: end of April 2026
- Award ceremony: 25.6.2026
- Solo exhibition at the STRABAG ART Site: starting from October 2026
