Presentation: Digital Memory Landscape Austria: Vienna
Persecution and Resistance under National Socialism – Documentation and Education.
The event presents DERLA: Vienna as part of the Digital Memory Landscape Austria (www.erinnerungslandschaft.at) and offers insights into the documentation of memorial sites, memorial markers, and biographies of people persecuted and murdered under the National Socialist regime.
The focus lies on how this content can be made digitally accessible and used in educational contexts, while also addressing questions of digital memory culture.
A panel discussion will present experiences with digital educational formats as well as explore their possibilities and challenges.
