OeAW | DOC application writing (2026)
The Center for Doctoral Studies invites all doctoral candidates of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna interested in applying for the OeAW DOC grant to participate in this session, which will address requirements, preparation, proposal writing, and more.
This Coffee Table Talk not only informs about the requirements and your possibilities in terms of submission but moreover offers a platform for questions about your writing process. We will first provide general information about the OeAW DOC program. Afterwards, we will discuss your specific ideas and share practical advice to help you refine your proposal. The Coffee Table Talk thus combines structured information with targeted support for developing and advancing your project.

This workshop is held in English and German.
Note that attendancies are possible with previous registration only. To register please send your current study confirmation (Studienbestätigung) to doktoratszentrum@akbild.ac.at at the latest until April 13, 2026, with the subject "CTT April 22, 2026". Registration is required for participation.
