Call for Contributions | International Conference on Artistic Research

The Please Specify! Conference explores new perspectives on conditions of sharing research in the artistic field. How can specific interests, methods, discourses, positions and ways of knowing be more widely disseminated and made useful within and beyond artistic research? offers an opportunity for presenting and reflecting upon specific research constellations in which artist-researchers engage. How can such specificities be shared, presented and disseminated both in and out of academia?

The organisers invite proposals for presentations and workshops that examine the questions of specificity and sharing. They especially encourage the participation of postdoctoral researchers. Presentation formats may be (1) performative presentations, (2) text-based working groups, (3) interventions, or (4) collaborative sessions.

The conference language is English. All proposals will be peer reviewed.
