New Professors at IKA

With the beginning of the summer semester, Susanne Zottl and Norbert Steiner take up their professorships at the Institute of Art and Architecture, Platform Analogue Digital Production.

Since its foundation in 1998, the architectural office Zottlbuda has focused on renovation and adaptation of historical, listed buildings. At the beginning of the work with a historical object stands the very precise perception of what is there - and what is no longer there. The quality of grown structures lies in the traces left on them by the various design phases they have gone through. The histories inherent in buildings are preserved and continued for future uses.
