Marianne Eberl und Maren Rahman: Die Punkfurter Küche und Widerständige Lieder

Marianne Eberl’s Punkfurter Küche is a tribute to Margarethe Schütte-Lihotzky. To mark the occasion, Maren Rahmann, an actress and musician, will read from the book *Memories from the Resistance* by the resistance fighter and Austria’s first female architect. Despite her arrest by the Gestapo, Margarethe Schütte-Lihotzky never lost her spirit of resistance, her solidarity with fellow prisoners, or her faith in liberation. The reading will be complemented by accordion songs set to music by the musician herself, based on texts by other resistance fighters, bringing the memories of these extraordinary people to life.
