Open access publishing makes scholarly information freely available to anyone. 

At the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, our ambition is for all artistic and scholarly works to be shared as openly as possible, increasing the visibility of the variety of our research and the benefit for society at large. 

The University Library and Art | Research | Support provide guidance on all matters related to open access publishing, in addition to thorough advice on scholarly publishing in general.
