City of Schwaz | Artists in Residence 2023
The city of Schwaz in Tyrol, Austria will be granting a residency to professional visual artists, media artists and curators in 2023. The residency hopes to fester an intercultural dialogue in which the artistic process, research and production can be explored in juxtaposition with local theme
A studio apartment as weil as a studio/workroom will be available to the resident for a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 8 weeks. Additional to accommodation and studio facilities, the city of Schwaz will issue a stipend of € 1,500 per month over the duration of the residency to support artistic activities, up to a maximum of € 3,000 over a two-month stay.
