INTK featured in Nachrichten aus der Chemie
Dubravka Jembrih-Simbürger, who teaches at and is Deputy Chair of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Technology in the Arts, is also head of the working group "Research & Preservation of Cultural Assets" at the Austrian Chemical Society (GÖCH). She was invited to present the institute in the journal "Nachrichten aus der Chemie", the article was published in November 2024. Now Jembrih-Simbürger and the institute are happy to share the article with the public - a great opportunity to get to know the INTK better!

Erasmus-visit of the Institut Seni in Indonesia
In January 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ project International Credit Mobility, Michael Höpfner (Department of Photography) and Angelina Kratschanova (International Office), together with students from the Academy, visited Institut Seni in Yogyakarta. The students participated in a workshop on The Weight of Water, Time, Matter, Space in Indonesia and Europe and presented their artistic work.

Bulgarian engraver Nikola Popov: Exhibition and donations
On April 9, an exhibition on Nikola Popov's work opens at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute – "Haus Wittgenstein." Popov studied at the Special School for Engravers at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna from 1890 to 1895. In 2024, the University Archive received two donations: a print by Popov and two documents from his student days.
