Curator, author, and editor, lives and works in Vienna. Studied Romance languages and linguistics in Salzburg, Paris, and Barcelona. Curator for contemporary art at mumok, Vienna (since 2019); Artistic Director and Co-Curator (in collaboration with Gudrun Ratzinger) at Kunstraum Lakeside, Klagenfurt (2018–2026); Executive Curator at Secession, Vienna (2010–2014); Guest professor and lecturer at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, TransArts – Transdisciplinary Art (2013–2025); Lecturer at the University of Klagenfurt, Visual Culture / Cultural Analysis (2018–2021); Curatorial lead of the research project originalcopy – Post-Digital Strategies of Appropriation, University of Applied Arts Vienna, Media Theory (2016–2019); Head of the Arts Section and Editor for Visual Arts at derStandard.at (2007–2010). Since 2007, extensive publishing activity for media such as Artforum / Artforum.com, springerin – Hefte für Gegenwartskunst, KUNSTFORUM International. Independent curatorial projects include inframince infra-mince infra mince, University Gallery of the Angewandte at Heiligenkreuzerhof (2021), ba ≠ b+a.
