The open printing workshop WE LOVE RISO gives visitors an insight into the technique of risography, a stencil printing process similar to screen printing. Each printing process uses monochrome ink such as neon pink, blue, green, yellow, red, black or even white to print on paper. Using the transparency effect of the special Riso inks, a wide color palette can be created by printing one color on top of the other. Due to the unique look and the ability to produce small print runs, risography is often used by artists and for self-publishing.
