I am at the beginning of my career and need start-up help? I would like to reorient myself in terms of content - but I am unsure whether and how I can best organize this financially and organizationally? This workshop aims to show practical ways of achieving what I want: to work in a self-determined way in the creative and media sector.

During the journalistic coaching, aspects of being a freelancer will be discussed using examples from the group. It is not only the economics of creative work that are important, but also knowledge about workflow and performance requirements or how to maintain a network. In the workshop, examples will be used to run through individual scenarios. Factors such as pricing of services and works, but also standard market practices in the artistic-creative field will be discussed and reflected upon. This is how I work in a self-determined and non-linear way! (The teaching language is German).
