Vitória Monteiro completed her diploma studies in 2023 with the Recognition Award from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Originally from the theater and performance scene in Brazil, when she joined an academic research group on intermediality in 2013, it elevated her understanding of inter- and transmedia narratives to a new level. Since then, she has been engaged not only with various artistic media but has also developed her own practice over the years: the creation of transmedia research-based projects that fill historical gaps with art.
