What is Anti-Fascist Philosophy? Conference in Weimar
A conference on anti-fascist philosophy will take place at the Friedrich Nietzsche College in Weimar, Germany, from May 8-10, 2025. Rector Johan Hartle will participate and give a lecture on Saturday, May 10, entitled "The Popular Front as Philosophical Condition: Reconsidering Anti-Fascist Strategy."
Kolleg Friedrich Nietzsche
Founded in 1999, the Friedrich Nietzsche College sees itself, in the spirit of its namesake, as a place for independent and idiosyncratic reflection, a place for philosophical contemplation, and a place for engaging with the modern world. Based on Nietzsche's concept of a place for "free spirits," the college aims to reflect on contemporary philosophical questions in an open intellectual debate between philosophers, scientists, artists, and writers.
