What did artists paint in centuries long past? As we wander through the Academy’s Paintings Gallery, we come across a variety of paintings. Which artworks appeal to you, and which details do you only discover upon closer inspection? Colors, shapes, stories – now we want to get creative ourselves? Ideas are popping up, and paper, pencils, charcoal and chalk are all ready and waiting – which material would you like to work with now?
