In 2026, the city of Krems will once again award the Erich Grabner Prize for Graphic Art. In cooperation with the province of Lower Austria, the Rotary Club Krems-Wachau, the Friends of the Grabner Family, and Göttweig Abbey, outstanding graphic art will be honored in several categories.

20 Seconds for Art is an open and anonymous film competition organized by KÖR – Kunst im öffentlichen Raum Wien and Infoscreen. The call is for 20-second silent films that address the theme of "Humans and Intelligent Machines" and provide an artistic interpretation.

The fifth Inter- and Transdisciplinary Dis/Ability Research Workshop will take place on 29 May 2026, and invites students, scholars, and researchers outside of traditional academic structures who conduct research in the field of disability studies to network, exchange ideas, and engage in discussion.

The conference "Bodies as Transducers" will be held 5–6 November 2026 at the Orpheus Instituut in Ghent. The theme of the conference revolves around musical performance as an intense transductive process through which energy, information, and materialities undergo continuous transformation.
